Joining Credit Offer Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer available to eligible One NZ customers who sign up (or upgrade their current Fibre plan) to selected Unlimited Fibre plans as follows:

  • A $50 joining credit applies to Unlimited Fibre Starter plans. ​
  • A $200 joining credit applies to Unlimited Fibre (300 Mbps) plans. ​
  • A $300 joining credit applies to Unlimited Fibre Max plans. ​

2. The joining credit is applied when your broadband becomes active with One NZ and will show on your first or second bill. It only applies to the standard monthly plan charge. ​

3. This offer requires a 12 month commitment. If you change your broadband plan (including re-signing) or leave One NZ within 12 months of joining, the full amount of the joining credit will be debited back to your account. ​

4. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offers. ​

5. Offer available for a limited time between 1 August 2024 and 23 September 2024 unless withdrawn earlier.

6. Unlimited broadband is for residential use only. ​
