- You’ll receive a 43-inch LG Smart TV. You can choose to upgrade to 50-inch LG Smart TV for an additional $299 or 65-inch LG Smart TV for an additional $799. The TV will be delivered after Nova Energy receives full payment of your first invoice.
- This Plan cannot be transferred to a different property and will end if you move. Early termination fees will apply if you end the Plan during the term for any reason. For broadband, this will be a $600 fee. For energy is it $150 per connection (administration fee of $50, plus a variable fee of $100, which reduces by $10 for every full 30-day period that you have been on the Plan)
- The use of a Nova modem or router is included with this Plan (unless you choose to use your own). There is a $15 charge for delivery. However, if you end your broadband service with Nova Energy, you’ll need to return this equipment in good working condition, or an equipment fee will apply:

- You are responsible for the TV once it has been delivered. Please check for any damage BEFORE signing for it. You should also examine the TV before setting it up. If you notice any damage, please contact Nova Energy straight away.
- You must also cancel any authority to leave arrangements you have with your local courier companies prior to the TV being delivered. If you don’t do this, the TV may be delivered and left at your property when you are not home and Nova Energy will not be responsible for theft, loss or damage
