The NZ$1.35 billion public-private UFB partnership will roll out fibre-to-the-home connection in all main towns and cities with a population over 10,000. The project is well underway and as of December 2016 is 70% complete (with 21 towns/cities having their UFB build completed – details below) and uptake is already at around 30%.
