Now is amazing. First time I ever contacted them a TEAL OERSON answered on the third ring. They were the most polite, helpful , and just genuinely concerned person ever to be found on the end of a telecommunications company phone- no exaggeration. As they’ve grown the wait times have got a bit longer, but still very reasonable, and their service is superb. Can’t fault them.
