They are a smaller company but have a wide range of services at different price points to suit the needs of all. They are more than capable of performing better than alot of these larger companies in terms of product delivery and support. 9/10
Pros
Customer service and response to problems is spot on. Would recommend to anyone who may be reluctant due to their smaller size.
Cons
Smaller team is the only thing but they still manage to work as a well oiled machine even with their smaller size

Signed up for the full noise plan and getting 10% of it , spent 3 weeks trying to get it resolved - same old Spark - rubbish service and rubbish support - off to another provider.

Feels great to be supporting a local company. Plan is cheaper than what I was getting elsewhere with a discount for my mobile. The switch was nice and seamless

just did speed test and got 900.76 download and 426.11 upload, so slightly faster than advertised.

they just upped my contract price without telling me, so will be on to them tomorrow about that.
