I have been a 2 degrees customer since their inception. I needed to connect fibre to my new house. Fibre was provided to the house.
Got a connection date but Chorus could not find the feed. They walked away. 6 weeks later after much digging of gardens lawns and some of the road I found the feed. I kept 2 degrees informed all the way. Chorus came back, and said 2 degrees had cancelled the contract. Spoke to 2 degrees (1 hour wait on phone) who could not explain why
the contract was cancelled and said they would re-schedule. Promised to re-instate today. Email arrived saying reinstate in 12 days time!!! Hopeless company! ...read more
