Amongst the cheapest ISPs. The mobile ad-on for a mere $5 is good.
But although I checked before signing that they would allow me to use my own router, I was still sent a router. I returned it, but they still sought to charge me for it. I had difficulty getting that charge removed.

I have had good service from Spark but their monthly charges have got too high. Slingshot will give me 6 months at half price and $24.00 a month less than Spark after that.

Spark unable to compete with other providers in terms of price and features at our address, and also provided a completely dismal service when I shifted my mother and her phone and broadband to another address - have now lost all confidence in them - spoke to multiple staff, all with different advice about what services and features would be available and when - still waiting for some of the services to begin. I found it frustrating, paying my account, because it was going out of a cash account which was sometimes short of cash because I had forgotten to make sure funds were available. I asked for a bank account number that I could pay for through my Bills Account. It never happened. I was suspended and talk about hard to get hold of, I stopped trying to retrieve my account
