After 3 months on a 12 months full speed fibre plan, speed tests indicate throttled speeds nearer the lower plan speeds. After countless hours waiting on the phone on hold, then speed testing with a test router, Now BB ran out of ideas and then charged me the costs of the 'test' router that was on loan! Had to get on the phone AGAIN to reverse that charge and organise pickup of their own equipment. Emails sent to Accounts go unanswered for almost a week, speeds are hit an
d miss, and whatever agreement you have with the Service agent at the time are forgotten and are billed anyway. Avoid the headache, avoid Now BB.
