Moved to Simply Broadband after 10 years with previous provider who kept changing plans and services. Ended up having to negotiate a reasonable cost with their " retention team" every year. Like, they were doing me a special favour. Smooth seamless transition to Simply Broadband, competitive rates for simple plans. Great service. Phew. Peace at last

Simpy brilliant. I joined about 5 months ago and wished I'd found this company earlier. The customer service is unmatched with other isp's. Both times I've had a problem I was able to contact a human and had a response within 5 minutes. They then continue to work on the problem immediately while keeping you updated at every step, which removes all that frustration for old gits like me. Great support, great value, great reliability. Thoroughly recommend this company.
